For over 30 years, Highland Village Family Medicine has operated as a small independent practice. Many other family practices now operate under large hospital systems and physician groups due to changes in the healthcare industry. However, at Highland Village Family Medicine, we have intentionally chosen to remain a private practice. Payments & Insurance

To help keep the rising cost of medical care at a minimum, we require each patient to provide full payment at their appointment. We accept the following insurance carriers:

  • Aetna – All products except QHP (healthcare exchange plan) and Quality Alliance Care (ex: Baylor Scott and White, Baptist Health Systems, Seton, and Memorial Hermann) – on our current contract we are providers for HMO

  • Beech Street PPO
