Kristen Crawford M.D. is a board certified internist by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She received a B.S. in biology from Mississippi College in 2008, her M.D. from University of Mississippi School of Medicine in 2012, and completed residency at the University of Mississippi with an emphasis on primary care in 2015. She emphasizes a patient-centered approach to prevention and lifestyle in hopes of catalyzing each patient towards health and wholeness. She is married and has 3 children.

Benjamin “BJ” Linden, MD
Benjamin Linden holds a bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas. Subsequently, he earned his medical degree at Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, where he was honored to serve two consecutive years as House Staff Vice President and House Staff President. Dr. Linden and his wife have two children.

Bruce Linden, MD
Bruce Linden is married with four children. He graduated from Texas Tech Medical School in 1982 and subsequently trained in the John Peter Smith Hospital Family Practice Residency. His wife is a Registered Nurse and homemaker. She also sews and does volunteer work. They have four children, three of which have graduated from college. His oldest son works in financial services, the youngest son is a physician who has joined the practice. His oldest daughter is an attorney and his youngest daughter is still in college. His other interests include sports, reading, and photography.

Jason Siegel, MD
Jason Siegel earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas in Psychology and Biology. He graduated medical school in 2013 from St. George’s University and completed residency in Family Medicine at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2016. He enjoys treating both acute and chronic diseases in all ages. He believes in a patient-centered approach to care; addressing preventative health and lifestyle guidance along with mental and physical health care, diagnosis and treatment to help people achieve their personal health goals. Outside of work, Dr. Siegel enjoys spending time with his family, reading and traveling.

Alex Vanderzant, PA-C
Alex Vanderzant is a certified physician assistant. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Arlington and earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. He has worked in family medicine since 2017. Alex and his wife have two sons. He is fluent in Spanish.

K. Noelle Fulford, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C
K. Noelle Fulford is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. To further her education, she attended Texas Woman's University in Dallas, where she graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing. Noelle has experience working as an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner in the primary care setting. Her nursing experience also includes oncology, palliative care, and plastic surgery. Noelle is married with two sons. She enjoys music and spending time with friends and family in her free time.
